We often hit roadblocks in our pathways of life and asking for help is not easy to do. I believe there is no shame, judgment, or “I should be able to do this myself.” Your path is led by you, and with seeking for help – I look forward to joining alongside you to wherever the direction goes; the uphill battles, the downhill struggles, the path toward self-discovery, and the enlightening “ah-ha” moments. 
My name is Hashina (Sina for short) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I attended Cleveland State University for my undergraduate in Psychology, and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I began my professional career working at The Emily Program in Cleveland, a center that helps individuals who struggle with feeding or eating disorders. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational
