Kelly A. Morgan

LPCC-S, CEO
Do you have a feeling that you are stuck in your life and dissatisfied with the path you’re on? Are you interested in finding more joy in your life? Kelly A. Morgan, LPCC-S, CEO believes that these common feelings are a sign for you to start exploring and discovering personal growth.

She will delve into the simple, but not an easy way of identifying your behaviors to encourage lasting change. Currently, her main client focus is on adults, couples, and teenagers (14 to 19 years of age).

Kelly Morgan was a yoga instructor for over 10 years and utilizes her experience to offer you breathing and grounding techniques. These practices will help reduce, release, and remove unwanted negative emotions that are stored in the physical body. Together with Kelly, you will discover and establish a clear and concise path to achieving your goals. Your sessions will be specifically tailored to your individual needs to promote healthy growth.

Kelly’s practice at Mindfulness Counseling is rooted in mindfulness, MBCT, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, and existential psychology. She has worked with sexual assault victims at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and has assisted the victims of violent crime groups.

She provides specialized treatment for trauma, including EFT and energy medicine techniques. She takes a non-judgmental approach and has extensive training in couples therapy and OCD.

Break Down Your Barriers and Promote Self-Growth

You will work with her to remove blocks, change any negative thought patterns you have, and begin the inner self-work that is needed for long-lasting life changes. Early experiences shape us and define our relationship to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. By working collaboratively, we will be able to recognize your wounded inner child and the effect it is having on your current life path.

Feelings such as shame, fear, anger, abandonment, and lack of trust can all be rooted in early childhood experiences. While on this journey, you will learn to nurture and comfort your inner child while separating it from your adult self. In each therapy session, Kelly builds your trust by supporting, not shaming, and ultimately validating your life experiences.

Your life’s journey does not always follow straight lines. Negative feelings and experiences can cause your life-lines to become crooked, jagged, or broken, and may leave you feeling as if you’ve reached a dead end. Turning around may not be so simple. Going forward may not be so direct. Perhaps you may need to find a whole new line to walk. At this point, it is good to pause and explore all your options.

My approach to counseling is centered on this journey of self-exploration. I use integrative counseling techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based mindfulness approaches, which can lead you to acceptance and commitment toward a more peaceful and calm way of life.

Whether you experience depression, anxiety, co-dependency, grief, anger, or any other concern, I invite both individuals and couples to enter into a counseling relationship to work toward a better you. I value the counseling relationship, and remain open to all your concerns in a confidential, safe, and professional environment.

I’m a firm believer that rough paths often lead to beautiful places. Perhaps there is a new path that needs to be taken in your life, symbolically from the depths of a valley to the top of a mountain. Accept the challenge, be thankful you’ve begun, go there with someone you can trust, and when you’ve reached the top, behold the beautiful view from above. Your journey begins with a single step.

When life gets dark, it is hard to see the light. All it takes is one step to begin to find your way again. At the core of my practice is support, trust, and the inherent worthiness of each individual. I walk beside you offering my encouragement, support and knowledge on your path to healing, connection and wellness. Though I work with many of life’s difficulties my focus is generally in working with adults who have trouble with stress, anxiety, fear, rejection, the feeling of "not enough", depression, sadness, life transitions, self-esteem, understanding and being understood.

I draw on mindfulness, acceptance, DBT, ACT, and person centered approaches to best fit your needs. The ultimate goal being to work with life, not against it as you define who you are and what it means to be you. As an Art Therapist and Counselor I can integrate art as a unique reflective process to truly connect with yourself.

It takes courage to take that first step to counseling. I look forward to working alongside you to find greater healing and health, and most of all, you.

Are you beginning to notice that life has begun to feel unmanageable or overwhelming? Often times, we encounter periods in our life that seem to push us to our limits and exhaust our ability to cope with daily experiences. Each person enters therapy with a lifetime of triumphs and setbacks. As we work together, discovering your authentic self, I am prepared to support you. We will work to gain awareness of current and past challenges, develop sustainable strategies that will improve your ability to cope, and—most importantly—provide you with a safe, warm, and accepting environment where you can be openly expressive. I am passionate about assisting others in defining their own inner truth.

My approach involves focusing on the person before the “problem.” We are people first and I tailor my approach to suit each individual’s needs. I truly believe that you are in the driver’s seat; my role is to provide positive support and guidance during your journey.
Are you ready for the next step of growth? You are in the right place.

My experience working with individuals who have mental health concerns has prepared me to counsel individuals of different backgrounds, ages and ethnicities. Skills that I have developed throughout my experience include cognitive behavioral approach, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation, person-centered approach, and trauma informed care. My approach is holistic and solution focused.

I am licensed social worker with experience working with individuals who are faced with challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, addiction and psychosis. The struggles we face as we travel through life may leave us feeling like a piece of the self has been cracked, chipped away, covered up, or like shadows have formed within one’s self. Whatever brought you here, you have taken the first step, moving towards becoming more whole and changing your life for the better. Through a collaborative approach, my goal is to help you utilize the powerful resources that are built into our bodies and their interconnectedness to our minds and emotions, so that you may move forward in your life towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling future.

If you have experienced a trauma that is difficult to discuss, find that words lead to arguments in a relationship, or have a sensation that cannot be put into words, please know there are many ways to process and move towards healing without necessitating verbal discussion. I view my role as your therapist to be a guide who has an abundant toolbox to help explore the paths you choose in a safe and effective manner.

As a LPC and dance/movement therapist (R-DMT) with a master’s in expressive arts therapies, there are many tools for us to utilize, building skills you can access when facing real life challenges. We may sit and utilize traditional talk therapy (my approach is eclectic, drawing primarily on person-centered, CBT, gestalt, and existential theories). The expressive arts can be utilized to explore beyond what words can convey. We may use some of the art and music supplies, turn the focus inward on a guided meditation, or even engage the body in movement. I may also employ Laban Movement Analysis to help shape our therapeutic journey. I invite you to be curious about the world within and around you, and encourage you to take those steps towards becoming the best you traveling along your most fulfilling journey.

Reaching out for support is the first step to an integrative journey we can travel together. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, taxing, and exhausting finding a balance. I admire your courage in finding yourself here. I am delighted to explore this path with you with care, curiosity, and compassion, holding the lantern as we navigate the road ahead. I am confident we will co-create a reality that allows you to thrive.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Art Therapy and Religious Studies from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA and have received a dual master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. I am currently working towards my Art Therapy and Counseling licensures. I look forward to walking with you on your journey towards wellness, recovery, and health.

I take a Holistic approach when working with clients, working to balance the mind, body, and spirit to find a harmony. Using a strength-based and person-centered approach, I weave Art Therapy into my practice to create a transformational quality in my work. My work ranges from skill building using DBT, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness practices to alternative healing modalities. I also utilize Gestalt therapy, Ecotherapy, and Jungian approaches, working in a collaborative nature to align you to your highest self. I work diligently to find which modality works best for you, creating a safe space for trauma/emotional processing, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, with experience in multicultural and diversity sensitivities.

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is a method of therapy that I have witnessed as a wonderful tool to find insight into the self and situations. It creates a way of processing by externalizing the internal landscape. The use of art-based metaphor can create windows into healing, processing, and expressing the self beyond traditional therapy. We will explore a variety of medias and directives, each tailored to our goals working together. You do not need to be an artist or have any background in working with art media to try Art Therapy! The beauty of Art Therapy is not about the product, but the process of exploration of self through artistic expression.

A few highlights I have background in working with:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • trauma
  • eating disorders
  • self-esteem/self-worth
  • body image
  • coping/regulation skills
  • life transitions
  • stress/time management
  • teenagers, young adults, & adults

In our time together, I work to:

  • create a safe, collaborative space working together as a team
  • find balance in your relationships to others, with yourself, health, and body
  • guiding your understanding of your mental and emotional spaces
  • realign with your spirit

Connect with me to begin working towards your goals and discovering the transformational qualities of Art Therapy and Counseling. I work out of the Chagrin Falls office as well as virtual Teletherapy.

Kaleigh Trowbridge

LPCC

Kaleigh believes that everyone can benefit from therapy and should try it at least once in their life. The reasons behind starting therapy can be life-altering circumstances or periods of uneasy feelings. She believes that many people come into therapy with one thing to work through, and end up leaving with more total clarity about themselves and the interactions around them. Life is complicated and everyone can use a little support at times, and that’s why we're here.

As a Licensed Professional Therapist, her goal is to provide a safe space to support growth, transparency and change. Everyone has different viewpoints, backgrounds and experiences that make us unique in our way of processing, thinking, and feeling. Therefore, Kaleigh pulls techniques from several theoretical orientations, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered. She works from an integrated holistic approach, believing that our physical, mental, and emotional well-being is all connected.

In meeting life’s challenges, we can often lose sight of the resources that are available to help us feel empowered to overcome these challenges and to emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and vitality. The greatest resource I have discovered is the one that we carry within. Even though we may lose sight of it, it never loses sight of us. And while coming to know this precious resource is a life-long task, at any point we can direct our conscious efforts to deepening our intimacy with it. Therapy can be a very useful aid in this process, providing a space for us to discover what may initially feel like a new orientation but one that we eventually find we have already been acquainted with. In my work as a counselor and a therapist, I am dedicated to helping you deepen into your individual path of healing and discovery.

I have a master’s degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. And I am currently a doctoral candidate in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. Since 2008, I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs, including help with addictions, couples counseling, extreme mental states, spiritual counseling, trauma, and childhood sexual abuse. I have personally also engaged with mental health challenges at different times in my life and I am grateful for them because they have helped me always to discover strengths and capacities within, and gifts and blessings from without, that I would not have otherwise come to know.

If you would like to discuss what you are looking for or if you want to schedule an initial appointment, you can reach me via email at chhapra.sami@gmail.com or by phone at 415-867-9479.

Making life changes is not easy and takes hard work. Whether it be to find a new path to happiness, make changes to current lifestyles, working through a difficult time, working on self awareness, or working through behaviors of your every day life I would be happy to help you work through and find your path. I use an applied behavior analysis and cognitive behavior therapy approach to fit each clients needs to help them achieve their goals. As a therapist my goal is to allow you to make your goals, while I assist in ways to help achieve your goals.

I have specialties in providing therapy to those with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, and other behavioral concerns. I have experience working with children and adults for more than 5 years. Scott is a licensed Professional counselor in the State of Ohio. My goal as a counselor is to create an empathetic, open-minded, and supportive space to uncover a client’s natural strengths and resilience. We have all used various strategies to keep ourselves physically and emotionally safe. While these served a useful purpose at one time they can often become habitual and limit how we relate to ourselves and others. Having someone to work with can be very helpful in identifying patterns that no longer serve you. We will work together to see what mental and emotional models you use to navigate life and how you can grow your life in the direction you want and your true potential. I am oriented toward experiential mind-body modalities drawing from Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. Mindfulness is a skill and we can learn to apply these skills when needed and shift habitual responses and moods. There is a well-known study that concluded: “a wandering mind is an unhappy mind.” The ability to be present and immersed in what I am doing is underappreciated and takes practice. There is more going on at any moment than we realize and when we begin to explore this it creates new possibilities.

Modern therapy has a much bigger menu to draw from to achieve well-being. These include nutrition, exercise, meditation, breathwork, neuroscience, social connection, nature, and therapies that are better at revealing our core emotional beliefs about myself and the world.

Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, stress reduction, performance training, and relationship issues. I work mainly with adults and couples in Cleveland Hts. and Mentor.

“Being human is hard. I help my clients find the flexibility to make the changes they are looking for.” – M. A. Miller

You’ve found yourself grappling with pain and suffering, indecision and uncertainty. You know you want to make changes, yet you’re not sure how.

In our work together you will come to understand what triggers your struggles. We will look at the patterns in your life to identify what you do that works well. And we’ll uncover what may be leftover habits that were once very functional, even lifesaving, but are no longer serving you and are keeping you stuck. We’ll find those patterns together and will explore new ways of being and doing so you can be free of old habits and patterns, so you can step into the rest of your life being the person you were born to be.

I have experience helping people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual assault and abuse, substance and behavioral addiction concerns, relationships, career transitions, chronic health concerns, and questions of meaning and purpose.

I use a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, somatic methods, solution focused therapy, and person-centered approaches. My work is trauma-informed and focused on my clients’ overall wellness.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Ohio with a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. In addition to my counseling career, my work in the sciences, medicine, engineering, and business provides me with first-hand experience with many of the challenges you face in your life.

Through the mountains and valleys of life we look to our supports and I’m so glad you came here today to take that first step towards healing in your journey. As an art therapist, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for us to work together. If you haven’t worked with an art therapist before, art therapy can be described as a tool to better understand ourselves, our emotions, and experiences when we don’t have the words to describe those experiences. And whenever you are ready, I’m here to walk with you on your path.

Yesamine is an art therapist and licensed professional counselor who received her Master’s degree of Art Therapy and Counseling from Ursuline College. She has worked extensively with adolescents and adults in the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities. Much of her work has been with adults undergoing cancer and sickle cell treatments. She has also worked with adults with developmental disabilities and children on the autism spectrum.

Yesamine’s style of practice is based in a strength-based, holistic, multicultural, and person-centered approach. To build coping skills and healing, we will use a mixture of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.

Yesamine provides both telehealth and in-person sessions at the Mentor and Lakewood offices in English and in Spanish. To schedule an appointment, email or call Yesamine directly at Yesamine.mindfulnesscounseling@gmail.com or (216) 815-5813.

So, you're at war with yourself? Well, I'm interested in the same things you want: a better quality of life, reduced suffering and judgment, calmness, compassion, connection, and the tools that ease us there. I believe therapy provides that balm.

I don't believe that therapy ought to be a stuffy, hypercritical space. As a clinician, I aim to provide language and evidence-based tools to understand and manage your concerns. But as your compassionate collaborator, I aim to give space and understanding through a lens that doesn't make you feel alone.

I offer a unique background that ranges from a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Kent State to a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State. Over the past decade I've worked as a support staff and manager for adults with developmental disabilities, a group facilitator for at-risk youth, and a counselor for substance use and behavioral health. Each experience paints a unique perspective to consider as I walk with you in your mental health journey.

I believe that we tend to heal better together, and I'm honored that you took the time to read. You belong.

Sam is available for virtual and in-person appointments at the Lakewood location.

Therapy gives one the gift of introspection and direction. It gives the opportunity to say, "Stop, where am I heading?". I find the process incredible as I support my clients in reaching the heights that once seemed so far and unattainable to themselves. The transformation is life-changing. The perseverance, resilience, and determination brought forth throughout the therapy process gives one the strength and confidence to propel only further.

I have a creative and approachable personality that allows me to connect to clients of a variety of backgrounds, ages, and stages. I specifically appreciate art and play and the way it brings out the creativity in my clients. I am always open to learning more as a therapist, yet I feel that I can learn most of my clients themselves. I am inspired by their strength and courage for reaching out to allow themselves to become the best they can be.

I am a licensed professional counselor and graduated with a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have worked with clients in both clinical and school settings. I am currently taking clients for virtual sessions. I look forward to partnering with you in gifting yourself.

You do not have to deal with your problems and struggles on your own. Seeking help when you are struggling with your mental health is just as important as seeking help when you are struggling with your physical health. If you are having issues within your relationships, dealing with major changes in your life, having a hard time balancing all of your responsibilities, or just feeling like you are struggling with your mental health and need to talk through it, therapy can help. You likely have many of the answers you seek within yourself, and therapy can help guide you to finding those answers and give you tools to be your best self.

As a therapist, I provide a safe place for people to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. My therapy approach is client-based, and I utilize different methods to fit my clients specific needs and goals. I am solution focused in my practice when possible, and work with my clients on communication skills, coping skills, self esteem, problem solving, and conflict resolution. I also utilize CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques when appropriate. I work with couples, families, and individuals.

As a therapist, my mission is more than just offering treatment—it's about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I believe that genuine connection is key to healing and growth, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey. I take a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that every person’s story is unique. While I’m here to meet you where you are, I also like to go deep—exploring the root causes of your struggles to uncover the patterns that no longer serve you.

I’m not afraid to challenge you to face your fears, confront your pain, and tap into your inner strength. My goal is to empower you to break free from limiting beliefs and help you embrace your truest self. Therapy with me is about both uncovering your past and stepping boldly into your future.

Most importantly, I want you to feel safe—this is your space to be vulnerable, explore without judgment, and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, building healthier relationships, or seeking greater self-understanding, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and transformation.

The journey of understanding who we really are and who we are meant to be can feel daunting. Yet it is where we will experience the depths of joy and beauty that life has to offer. As a counselor, I am empathetic, present and attuned to who you are. Sometimes it may mean sifting through painful experiences when you have been hurt, experienced trauma or not been able to truly grieve. In the therapeutic relationship we will work to explore those experiences together.

I utilize an unique approach of mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you feel more connected to your body and feel more empowered. And, then the focus of our work will be about who you are meant to be. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where you can discover new ways of understanding and connecting with yourself, others, and the world around you.
My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore possibilities, challenge limiting beliefs, heal from past pain, and embrace your own inner truth with confidence.

My work is deeply informed by my journey. Like so many of us, I was socialized in a culture filled with conflicting expectations of what it means to be “good enough” and sought fulfillment from achievement, being in control, and meeting others’ expectations. My family environment was chaotic, which led me to become an expert at disconnecting from my own feelings and needs just to make it through the day. This combination led to a decades-long struggle to find peace and ease within my skin.

For me, true healing arose from integrating mind and body, as the body holds our deepest wounds, habits, and memories. By bringing mindful attention to the body, we can uncover a more complete understanding of our current experience, paving the way for meaningful growth and transformation.

Now as a licensed clinical social worker and yoga practitioner, I specialize in integrating traditional talk therapy with somatic and body-based techniques to help people reconnect with their bodies, empower them to regulate emotions, and navigate moments of intense stress with greater ease.

My approach is eclectic and holistic, informed by my training as a yoga practitioner, functional medicine health coach, and herbalist. I draw on techniques across approaches including attachment and polyvagal theories, mindfulness, IFS, Emotion-focused therapy, Depth and archetypal psychologies, CBT, DBT, and trans-personal and existential psychologies. My therapeutic approach is informed by feminist psychology and Health at Every Size (HAES).

Some of my areas of treatment include trauma; anxiety disorders; depression; eating disorders; attachment issues; relationship concerns; OCD; Borderline Personality Disorder; body image issues; self-esteem; ADHD; sleep disturbances; and emotional regulation.

My work is grounded in seeking a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. The best place to start is from exactly where you are. Together we will bring movement to stuck places, build trust in your inherent strengths and worthiness, and nurture practices that will help you navigate the ebbs and flows of life.
